How do I make the web track straight?
If the web is centered, make sure that the nip roller pressures and gaps are equal on both the left hand and right hand sides of the web. Remember that the web will move towards the side with the most friction.
How do I control post lamination curling?
Post lamination curl is created when incorrect web tension is present in the laminate or material webs. Generally, the ends of the sheet will curl toward the tighter surface.
Why does the laminate wrinkle when applied?
Wrinkling of the laminate may be caused by several factors, a few of which are, incorrect tracking of the laminate film, or unequal or excessive nip roller pressures.
