Packaging Edge Wrapper
The objective of the machine is to apply corrugated material to the full length of a garage door panel, then deliver panel for further processing. To do this, the system is composed of an Entry Nip Set, a Right Hand Unwind, a Left Hand Unwind, a Wrap Guide, and a Cross Cut Station. This machine is designed to work as a part of an existing assembly line, the loading and unloading machines are not shown. This could be customized for various applications such as doors, windows etc.
